First, major thanks to my friend that bought us tickets for my birthday - . Love you bfl!

We ended up watching Say Anything, We the Kings, Madina Lake, Cinematic Sunrise, Shwayze, and bits of a few other bands, like Relient K, Katy Perry, and MC Chris. They all put on great shows.

Also talked to Dead Legend.

Out of my three favorite bands for the day, though, I only saw one of them perform.

Say Anything was one of the top three. I just enjoyed their show and loved their songs.
Pendleton didn't get to perform because of a sick guitarist, but my friends and I talked to them and listened to their CD, which was pretty good. But they were nice, their music was good, and they were British. Accents and everything.
Finally, we met Kill Your Ex. The lead singer was adorable. He came up to us, headphones and iPod in hand, and asked us if we wanted to listen to his band all shy. I just wanted to hug him. Which I did. We got their CD. They were probably my favorites
If you don't know any of these bands, especially the top three, go look them up. Dead Legend is pretty good as well, though a little softer than I normally go for.

Definitely one of the best days of my life.

The only bad parts to the event were the food and some crazy chick getting dropped on my head. Bloody noses are not fun, as I've now experienced.

I think that about covers it... Can't wait to go again next year.

Other news...

I'm editing one of the poems I submitted recently. Apparently it's confusing, which is not good. =\
And no, it's not about love, just in case you thought this.

I still love the Weezer CD... so it must be good.

Not going to get on here much in the next few days. Work and what not.

This girl has some serious writing skills. I've known her for... 4 or 5 years now, and we've gone through the many ups and downs of life together. She's a great friend, and writer. Check her out!

I am obsessed with numbers.
As I look back, I realize that I always have been. But I'm just noticing it recently. Go figure.
I hate 6, for example. But I love 3, 7, 13, and 21. Everytime I get a fortune cookie, it says one of my lucky numbers is 13.

Times like these make me think I'm weird...

I went to bed around 8 this morning because of two certain someone's who shall remain nameless.... Anyways, now I'm exhausted. Ugh. In too much pain, though, to go to sleep right yet. Stupid cramps. =\

I've never been a fan of Weezer...
but these past few days, my friend Jello has been over, and she brought the new Weezer CD with her.
I fell in love.

I played D&D tonight with Jello and a few other randoms. Such an awesome game.

And now I'm back.
I know you missed me. Don't deny it.
Sorry I was gone for so long, went on vacation and what not with a friend. I did write a few poems while I was there, and I worked on my contest piece for . I'm still not sure if I'm going to make it a poem or prose.

Right, well, news...

I had a lot of fun on vacation, went shopping and to the waterpark where there were a few... nice things to look at. I also got my first pair of Converse high tops! Must say, I LOVE them. They're now my favorite pair of shoes. Black, but I got many pairs of crazy laces for them. Right now the laces are blue and green.

Some of you know that I've been applying for a job... and finally, I got one! The restaurant said they'd call me back by Monday, which they didn't, so I'd thought they didn't pick me. But, lo and behold! They called me the next day and said they'd picked me! I'm so excited.

More good news: only 4 more days til I go with my friend to see the Vans Warped Tour! This will only be my second concert , but I'm expecting it to be very good.

Umm... other news? Can't think of any.
